Yep! Kyle had been threatened by this lunatic scum. He had been attacked previously by this pedophile scum. Kyle decides to run away from said pedophile scum who begins to chase Kyle. Video shows Kyle running to beat hell! Kyle hears a shot behind him and whirls around just as pedophile Rosenbaum lunges at him. Instinct sets in for self defense. He fires and kills his attacker. This is the true course of events, folks!

So having a plastic bag thrown at you is enough grounds to kill a person?
You can clearly see from the video how Kyle slowed down his pace, deliberated, and shot a person who didn't even touch him in cold blood.
It's jail time for Kyle. It's over, folks.
