Part in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

He played a really deep, and interesting character. He will be nominated for an Oscar.

he had one line and under one minute's screen time. no.

I love this post. I have to admit I almost jumped up in the theater and excitedly shouted "Holder!". I'm happy to see him in a giant movie like TGWTDT. I think he's great... and, maybe, someday Oscar-worthy.

I recognized him immediately and figured he would have more than one speaking line. There really wasn't time to expand his character, but it's too bad he didn't get more screen time.

check out veronica mars - seriously, it's an amazing show!

Yeah, i read those books, and a while back when i was watching the Killing, i saw that Kinnaman was going to play a role in the series, as Christer Malm which is a mediumish character in the book, with a promise of some screentime. I thought it was perhaps natural since he himself is part swedish, and of course the movie takes place almost entirely in sweden, and he is playing a swedish guy.

But yeah, he had maybe 25 seconds of camera time, it seemed like more of a nod that he was a character in the universe that will be re-entered in the sequels, as he will (hopefully) return in the sequels.

I watched it and was like they might as well have called him "Guy at fax machine #1". Sucks that there won't be a sequel.
