You can beat up a black man as long as you make sure he hasn't taken a massive concoction of lethal drugs beforehand.

It's only racist if a white guy beats up a Negro, who may or may not be a descendant of slaves. Either way, he's lived an oppressed life so he's allowed to loot, steal, whatever to get by. While the rest of us have to work.
