shareThey didn't have a history of it before running into scumbag Floyd. Floyd has been doing the same thing since Jerry Springer in 1997. He even had an incident where he overdosed on his stash when he swallowed it in an attempt to hide it from cops a few months earlier from his death.

Judging by what I saw and the context, the only thing Chauvin did wrong was not placing Floyd back in his vehicle so he could overdose while driving into a gang down the block.
