shareNo, you my friend need to review the autopsy. Even the one most favorable to Chauvin ruled Floyd's death a homicide. Fentanyl doesn't explain the abrasions on his lungs and the expert witnesses from the paramedics, coroner, doctor that treated him, to the police surgeon concluded he died from lack of oxygen which was due to law enforcement restricting his ability to breathe. If not for their actions Floyd wouldn't have died. There's a difference between dying "with" something and dying "from" something, one expert said.
You know what else can cause difficulty breathing? Two adult men applying a significant portion of their body weight on top of a human being for several minutes. But you go right ahead believing that he just happened to coincidentally overdose while police compressed his neck and chest.
That doesn't PROVE he died due to Chauvin's knee and the burden of proof is on the prosecution. The fact he was found guilty means SHIT when there is so much political pressure even the freaking president has to call for him being found guilty in order to avoid all the rioting. The jury literally feared for their lives. And even if he did die due to pressure, he would have almost certainly died REGARDLESS due to having TWICE the DEADLY dose of fentanyl in his blood.
