This animal got 20 years..

Chauvin was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He should consider himself lucky that it wasn't life for what he did. Those of us who are actually concerned with justice need to make certain that he eats the whole 20 with no chance of parole.

reply

at least he never threatened pregnant woman with guns. i hope he get out after 5 years he really didnt do anything wrong. just took out the trash

reply

Derek will enjoy twenty years of being sodomized.

reply

Trolling trolls troll.

reply

Well most importantly, the animal that really deserved it, got a death sentence.

reply

Let's see them put the ex-cop in general population and we will see who has the death sentence.

reply

Ah, they don’t put cops in gp.🤣

reply

He goes to a federal prison to watch tv and play golf with the politicians in there.

reply

I hope so.
He is not-guilty after all.

reply

Did he give Floyd the drugs that Floyd overdosed on that day?

reply

Who gave you the stupid-drug that you ODed on?

reply

Ah Floyd didn't OD on any drugs that day...he was murdered. That is why the swine is doing 20 years hard time.

reply

Ah, looks like someone's gobbling the official narrative without doing any homework to find out what really happened.

reply

Fool I have I saw the video and know exactly what happened just like the rest of the world.. The only one swallowing a bullshit narrative is you.. But hey if it makes you feel better you can alwayse write Chauvin some love letters..

reply

You never watched the full video, but regardless, Floyd had more than 3x the lethal dose of fentanyl, another type of fentanyl, cocaine, and meth in his system.

He died from the drugs he did.

Floyd himself requested to be taken out of the patrol car because he "couldn't breathe". This is known in the medical field as the onset of "wooden chest" which is an indicator that they are going to die(OD) from opiates.

Then Floyd ODed from opiates.

If he had told the cops, "I took a lot of drugs and I can't breathe", they would have handled it differently. Instead they followed exact police procedure for that situation. Floyd died from the drugs he did and his unwillingness to tell the truth.
He essentially risked his own life in order to not confess to the cops about doing drugs, and he lost.

reply

He goes to federal prison to watch tv and play golf for a few years.Stacey Abrams will lose her governor race again in 2026 and the black voter thing will be gone. President DeSantis will just pardon him at the end of his first term. Chauvin still has his pension he can get and in that time, him signing up for it the pay will be good.

reply

No chance he gets pardoned nor should he.

Pretty sure he's got no pension. Cops (and other public hirees) fired for reasons pertaining directly to their performance lose their pensions.

reply

Wait for Trump to pardon him.

reply

Trump will never be president again so he's not pardoning anyone.

reply

He is going to the supreme court, most likely.
This new information/lawsuit will almost certainly be the highlight, if the SC hears the case.

reply

The Supreme Court is not going to do anything for Chauvin. In fact the Supreme Court doesn't even know Chauvin exists. What new evidence do you have that would show Chauvin is as innocencen as you claim? Why do worship Trump? He has 91 felony charges mostly for being a traitor. Maybe you should pick your heroes more carefully.

reply

No one can pardon Chauvin for murder other than the Minnesota Board of Pardons. Only idiots think the president can pardon people for state convictions.

Chauvin plead gulity to civil rights violations involving Floyd and a 14 year old boy he also assaulted in a similar manner.

In his federal plea Wednesday, Chauvin admitted he willfully deprived Floyd of his right to be free from unreasonable seizure, including unreasonable force by a police officer, by kneeling on Floyd’s neck even though he was handcuffed and not resisting.

Chauvin plead guilty, he was not convicted in a trial in which he claimed to be innocent. The president could pardon Chauvin for this crime, but no one, not even Trump, is stupid enough to pardon anyone who claims they violated the rights of a person in the manner Chauvin claims to have done.

Meanwhile, the black police officer who shot and killed an unarmed white woman (who was not under arrest, she was the one who called 911, and was no threat to him or his partner) will serve less than 5 years.

reply

I remember that.
Justine Damond. God rest her soul. What a travesty.
Look up Misty Holt-Singh.
The cops shot over 600 rounds at her, knowing she was there. She was obviously killed. The cops avoided any accountability by abusing the "Felony Murder" law.
It is all so awful and corrupt.
