I really enjoyed Sofia in this role and how sexy and strong she portrayed this character! As she now has a handle on acong with CG, I'm sure this is just the beginning for her.

I loved her in Star Trek Beyond! I hope that she's in the next one (and regardless of what a lot of people say, there WILL be a next one). Besides, how can you NOT love a hot alien chick who's favorite song is "Fight The Power"?

shareEasily the best thing about Beyond (indeed, I'd say the only good thing really). Sexy, funny, badass and an interesting character. Probably the first addition to the Trek universe the reboot movies have made that I really like, and I hope Jaylah somehow appears again, whether in a new movie or series.
Also didn't realize it was the same actor who played Gazelle in Kingsmen! Cool!

I know they can't replace Anton or his character, but I think adding Sofia as Jaylah to the main crew would be a wonderful addition!
So did I. We rented it from Red Box last night, and are watching it for a 3rd time. Sofia was outstanding as Jaylah.
She was strong, yet had her vulnerqbilities, which made it easy to relate to her. We have all lost loved ones, yet somehow, continue on, amd that's what she was doing. Loved this character
