Nah he didn't right "that letter"

The former FBI director has asserted his belief that Osama Bin Laden died in 2002 of Kidney disease and Marfan Syndrome induced complications. The letter in question mentions the 2008 financial crisis which Bin Laden was not around to see. This letter was written by another Taliban member or more than one.

Osama Bin Ladens 2011 death was a known hoax.

There are at least five letters. Three are addressed to Americans and two addressed to Americans who converted to Islam. There are also numerous letters to his children, wives, Muslim government leaders whom he despised for their hypocrisy, and to other jihadists.

His oldest son had written a book when nobody knew where Osama was. He wrote that Osama was likely in Pakistan ... and he was.

Does this former FBI director have a name? What letter are you talking about?

First off, what does it mean to 'right' a letter? Is it possible to wrong a letter?

Second, it's clear why the assassination of bin Laden in 2011 wasn't a hoax. The claim that bin Laden died in December 2001 came from the Taliban. But then when the U.S. government announced in 2011 that it had killed bin Laden in Pakistan the Taliban confirmed that it was true, implicitly admitting that it had lied about bin Laden dying in December 2001.
