REPLACED in clash of the titans sequel!

Well there hasnt been any official word on whether or not she is being replaced - just rumours floating around.

I for one hated who they underused her in Clash but the fact that they are replacing her just made me double cross the sequel for so many reasons. We have no idea why / how this is happening. But my guess is she might have refused to be part of the sequel after what they put her character through.

Anyway she is a fine actress, she just needs the perfect movie to show case her talent. And if she wans to stay away from crap like Clash they thats a good move.

She's been replaced by Rosamund Pike. I'm at the point where I'm assuming she'll retire soon. She barely works anyway and appears to not have a passion for the profession. It's unfortunate because she's such a great actress. But I guess she has her reasons...

I love Rosamund Pike, but Alexa Davalos was the only reason why I was interested in the first one (and everytime she wasn't on screen pretty much sucked).

So yeah, count me out on Wrath.

And dont get to worked up max, if Alexa is 'unavailable' then there is probably a reason. Perhaps she has a movie coming up or maybe it was a politer way of her saying, ''thanks but no thanks.''

maybe shes pregnant or something.... i wouldnt say she has no passion just because shes fussy with her projects. i wouldn't think its that easy for her to get films anyway-she hasnt networked enough and last i heard didnt live in LA. which bizzarely are both reasons why she should have just done the second film.

Does it matter here ?, normally i prefer the same people to replay a part if they make another movie, but this time i really dont think it matters. She is a good but for me not brilliant or outstanding actress, she also never stood out in COTT, though that was not her fault as she was indeed under used, and no one really stood out. Any way most trashed the film, i enjoyed it but know it had huge problems, and doubt any one remembers any of the people from the film to be honest

After the way her character (who was very important in the original film!) was treated like an extra, I don't blame her not coming back.

I can honestly say that her not being in Wrath of the Titans is why I didn't see it.
