Why does she look, talk, and behave the way she does? Is it all an act on her part in some attempt to be "humorous" and to "entertain", or does she really sound like that and behave that way all the time?!
I guess I just don't understand. Apparently she's a "quirky unorthodox non-conformist". And that kind of schtick only gets one so far in this world. That's been proven several times!

shareAgreed. She ended "30 Rock" for me, could not watch it any longer after she joined the cast. Hopefully she will join similar "hey everybody look at me, NOW!, quirksters" like Tom Green & Sarah Silverman on the "where are they now and who really cares list". Maybe she can take Jonah Hill with her.

shareEh, she doesn't act like that in real life, no and she was good in Flight of the Conchords and she works her style into playing a child on Bob's Burgers pretty well. I dunno, I think she can do better than she generally does and hope to see her grow as a comedian or see a role that really nails what she can offer before she goes into obscurity.
