I read that yesterday and I tend to believe him. I looked at pictures of her children and all three are boys but all three look like girls! I've never cared for her, she's always seemed very trashy and desperate for attention, but this is a new low.
Off topic but I'm reminded of Charlie Theron who is raising her son as a girl, starting from age 3. How she cannot comprehend the damage she's doing to that child is beyond reason.
I'm not aware of who this dude is but he seems to want to be a/is a politican and is publicly 'anti-marxist'. That does make me sort of doubt the authenticity of this however as you said, all three of her sons looking like girls points to the parents. If only one was doing it and the others weren't you'd have an argument it's the child wanting it and the parents are simply allowing it. When it's all three you have to ask serious questions of the parents. What are the odds that three brothers all happen to be 'trans'?

I took the time to read her response and now I wish I hadn't. She seems so uneducated and ignorant.
She uses the non-word "irregardless." She doesn't seem to understand the concept of capitalization and punctuation.
She claims that "i have been burned at the stake by... ...little men like you many times." She has not been burned at the stake and that sort of over the top rhetoric is a clear indicator of someone who has little of value to say.
Brian Austin Green has said that the claim is not true. I believe the parents before I will believe some random politician. Some boys like clothing that is traditionally feminine. Girls and women's clothing is usually much nicer than boys and men's clothing. I bet if you thought you could pull it off, you would probably wear dresses too. Clothing shouldn't even have a gender to begin with.
