Yes it is, and it has been for a while. Most actors in Hollywood who "break through" typically don't stay at the top very long and follow a similar trajectory as Megan's. They will have a hit (Transformers), that will lead to other big roles (Jennifer's Body, Jonah Hex) and then a steady decline to just a working actress. Other actresses just in the same age category that had their shining moment in the sun, but are on the same downward trajectory include Jennifer Lawrence, Mila Kunis, Tara Reid, Lindsay Lohan, Kirsten Dunst,

Older A-listers that are now washed up but still chasing roles: Meg Ryan, Angelina Jolie, Sharon Stone, Drew Barrymore, Gwenneth Paltrow, Jessica Alba, Kate Winslett, Meryl Streep, Daryl Hannah, Julia Roberts, Uma Thurman, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, others I havent mentioned.
