What has Thomas Sangster done to his career?! Why on earth would he be doing an animated series... and a Disney one at that!? He has such amazing acting abilities, and he's lowering himself to some stupid kid show? If anything, it just makes me lose respect for him. Part of his acting abiltiy is how he can contort his face and show his emotions without words, and that's all gone in an animated series. I hope he gets out of this soon, or this could like define him with audiences. And he could get stuck in a Disney Teen rut. *Ashley Tisdale, raven, COUGH COUGH* I really hope he continues movies like Love Actually and The Last Legion. IMO, he should just stay away from America all together (Don't get all on my case 'cuz I was born and raised in America), because it just seems to drag some people down. Gah! Oh yeah.. and he should be getting into some older stuff too. I know he still looks young, but he's 17.. he should start pulling away from the kid stuff (Nanny McPhee) and start doing some teenage roles or something.. but that's just my opinion. Anyway, anyone else surprised by his choice to do the series? I know I can't be the only one.

Glad to see someone agrees with me. I was pretty sure I wouldn't find anyone, because most of the people on these boards are kids who are like 8-13 who still love the Disney Channel. But I agree with you that he should be playing teenage rolls somewhere around 15-17. Thats the age when you can start pulling away from all that and get into some good films. Like Shia LaBeouf, who pulled away from his kiddie roll in Even Stevens and started getting into some feature films. Anyway, I'm done ranting, lol.

Nooooooooo! He should not do a Disney TV series!!! Unless he is just making a brief guest appearance. Which is likely, since he lives in London.

Nope. But they'll see in time how destructive that kiddie-hell hole can be.

And he isn't just making a guest appearance, he's listed as one of the main characters.. rar.

i saw the preview episode, and he obly had 1 line. it was about platypuses being the only mammals that lay eggs.

Omg, yay! But if he's Ferb and he's listed in the title, why on earth does he only have one line? This puzzles me even more as to why he would sign on to do this. At least it was an intelligent line, lol. *Runs off to find episode*

Update on previous post:

Watched the episode, and it sounded like he called in from a telephone and said the line, lol. The show was *mildly* entertaining (which is saying something 'cuz i pretty much hate all cartoons), but i don't think i"ll watch it continually, but maybe catch a few episodes online once in awhile. I was totally surprised by how deep his voice was.. it was weird, 'cuz you could tell it was him, but it also didn't sound liek him.. okay rambling..

I really need to stay off these boards. This is my main source of entertainment when I procrastinate (which i've been doing with my summer project which is due the day after tomorrow), so that's my excuse for being on here.. i"m not a creepy Thomas Sangster stalker fan, I swear! Although I suppose saying that makes me sound more like a stalker, lol. Anyway, I should wrap this up, 'cuz this is going WAY off topic.
