He is amazing in House of Cards. I've only known him from Midnight in Paris but he is great in this show. He is probably the most interesting character in the show and he does a great job. It's too bad his character dies though. I would have loved to see him rise against Frank and outmaneuver him. His character was so human.

I think he made a huge mistake going against Frank as early as he did, I mean he didn't even win anything yet. If that wasn't enough, he showed himself to be pretty weak to break as easily as he did. The first attractive girl that threw herself at him with alcohol in hand was all it took? lol
I agree that he is really excellent and more than holds his own with Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright. An excellent series which is true to the wonderful British version of years ago.
