I don't know who that is in that picture but it's neither Leighton Meester or Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

They have a similar look but not that much.

Just checked the girl in that picture you linked is Emily Batty Canadian Olympic Cyclist.

Let this be a lesson to us all that we should avoid this kind of confusion if we have signatures: put some kind of indicator like "-- " before your signature.

Example:

Or just don't be stupid.
