Kelly Rutherford. Now that she's blonde the resemblance is uncanny. I found this picture of Kelly when she's younger, it's almost identical to Leighton's globes look this year.

The profile pictures of Miss Meester make her look like Britt Robertson, still on Kelly Rutherford, agreed as well.

I don’t see much resemblance to either one except that they are all very pretty.
