It's like after 2015 she became all bloated in the face. Like she went and got a bunch of fillers or something.

Seems like she just filled out as she got older, she still work out rigorously. Having said that, it definitely looks like she did something with her lips tho.😫 It's possible (and very likely) thats she's also using botox as well. That would explain her puffy face.
