The Mayhem Maid Commercial
The fall down the stairwell is great stunt work. However, it has a tragic outcome. Look closely after the fall - his left arm is now on the right side of his body while he lies on the floor.
This is my favorite Mayhem commercial. I love the grin on his face right before he falls down the stairs.
