I just saw him on Law and Order SVU from 1999 and I said
"Damn, he looks like the guy from Allstate" and sure enough it was him! I don't care for his character on Law and Order..I think he only lasted 2 seasons.

Carlie, you should try to find "Oz". I'm pretty sure the whole series -- 7 years, I think -- is available on DVD. It may have been the best series, of any genre, ever on television, and Dean played one of the most prominent characters (Ryan O'Reilly). In a series populated by truly outstanding actors in beautifully-written, fully-fleshed-out roles, Dean was one of the very best.

shareWas watching BATTLE CREEK, which I liked--too bad it got cancelled. Oh,so he was the creepy dude always getting hit by cars in those weird-a** commercials! Came here because I just saw him in JOHN WICK, which is a bad-a** film in its own right ( I could kick myself for not seeing it in the theatre when I had a chance.) He reminds me of a young Micheal Madsen---not so much in looks but in his overall tough presence and demeanor. Just my two cents,though. I actually thought he was 10 years younger, but,yeah, he does still look good,though.
