Personally I dont think so, she is not as cute and pretty as she used to be and she will probably focus on her education.
shareShe may actually have more chances to reboot a career since she's been away several years. She can take adult roles and not look weird. i.e. it's hard to imagine (or accept) the Olsen twins in adults roles.
shareOn her MySpace page, she indicated that she is planning on making some independent films in the future, which makes sense. She was always a talented little girl, and I think people will enjoy seeing her all grown up.

a few years ago I saw pictures of Lindsay Lohan looking kind of chubby and generic, and thought 'no way, your career is over', she was attending loads of rubbish Disney and charity events, obviously trying to scramble back into the spotlight, but it looked like it was going nowhere.

Maybe she's not happy acting, we can't really be certain but look what happened to Macualy Culkin? For all we know Mara's parents could've made her work as a kid maybe not just for money, but now she wants some time off?
The only thing that makes us think she wants to come back to acting is she is still studying it, but she might want to go to Broadway or something... think about it, cos it would be very easy for her now to do a Christina Ricci and return to films just to be known as that little girl.
