Now if Mara were popular I'd never mind the haters or even might acknowledge them, because when somebody is popular they are shoved in our faces, they are attention seekers, etc. But I don't get why so many people hate her and make fun of her. I'm betting they were her school friends back then who were jealous of her, or some people who auditioned for her roles when she got them thus that angered them.

It does make me sad that so many people are being mean like that. I mean, I think she is probably a very nice girl. I mean, she is focusing more on theater and I think that is great. It's not like she is obessed with money. And she's also very strong. I mean, how many kids can keep finishing a movie when their mother just died from breast cancer during production (Matilda if anyone is wondering which movie)?
