Just watched it myself and it was friggin' hilarious!

It's my understanding she was really unhappy with Doug for quite some time because of his constant criticisms and especially because of some of his fans bombing her Twitter account pointing out how horrible her movies were, and that the cameo at the end was Doug's way of making her feel better.

It was an absolutely brilliant episode. The bulk of the episode was pretty average, but the last few minutes more than made up for it.

And, might I add, Mara is pretty hot nowadays.

Oh, please. Listen, dumbass; first of all nobody is stomping on her dreams. Her last acting gig was 12 years ago and she has moved on to other things. Acting was just something she did as a kid.

Second, she herself has admitted that her movies were subpar. Yeah, there might have been a couple of people on her Twitter who were a little ruder than necessary, but nobody who has posted in this thread qualifies. Everyone that has posted here, as well as on the NC board for his latest review of A Simple Wish with the Mara cameo, thought she was awesome and by far the best part of the video.

Last, Mara has let bygones be bygones, has expressed interest in doing more work with Doug, and has expressed no hard feelings towards his fans. I recommend reading her blog entry on this topic (http://marawilsonwritesstuff.com/regarding-the-nostalgia-critic/)

That video was hilarious. It made up for the lousy Transformers Story Arc.

He just posted a commentary on the video in which even MORE gets explained. It turns out that Mara Wilson was a really good sport about it all... even really liked it.
