In the 90s through early 2000s she was a pretty active actress in movies. She had the perfect look and height,maybe just working out a little bit and she d be the perfect Carol Danvers in the mid 90s to early 2000s.

Natasha Henstridge would be my second 90s carol choice She was active back then too with the movie Spieces
Those two were huge. I definitely agree with Jeri Ryan as a great Sue. But Natasha Henstridge gives me more Emma Frost vibes. God, the 90s wasted so many opportunities.
