activisa, you are so clueless with this "institutional racism" nonsense and blaming whites for issues in the black community. It seems you and others like you are trying to say that a society that mostly requires you to not have a criminal record, to speak proper English, be educated, and employable, is somehow racist towards blacks and it was somehow done on purpose by whites because you can't find proof of blatant racism by whites and don't want to admit whites are not causing the problems with the black community. It is self defeating to think that way because that is how society is in most civilized countries.
Enough with the police brutality whining, when one race/community is so over represented in crime/violent crime percentages/statistics they are going to have more negative encounters with police, that is not racism but simply facts. Police brutality is a issue for all races, there are more whites shot by police officers then blacks and no race likes or accepts police brutality, stop using rare isolated instances of police brutality as a excuse and crutch and try actually focusing on the real problems affecting the black community like crime/violent black on black crime, if that was addressed blacks would not have nearly as many encounters with police so blame the trouble makers and the community that accepts and often protects them, not the cops trying to deal with them.
99% of problems in the black community along with most communities is self created, just focusing on the maybe 1% does not solve anything, whites simply are not going out of their way to be racist against blacks, whites are busy enough trying to make it then focusing on hating or hurting anyone yet that is the message people like Williams and you try to portray that whites are racist and trying to keep blacks down, there is no reality in that and it is tiring and played out and solves nothing.
