What you'll eventually hear from those racists is something like this: "We express our condolences to the dead police officers and their families, and while we abhor and do not condone violence, this is what happens when institutionalized racism pushes a people beyond the boiling point."

Some excuse along those lines will be given. Naturally, no mention will be made of all the unarmed white men, like Dylan Noble last month, killed by police under similar circumstances to Alton Sterling, etc. BLM has no credibility. They're a racist group advocating for one race only, completely ignoring the tragedies that befall all other races along these lines. Obama only makes it worse since he only addresses black deaths, giving the false impression that black people are the only ones who suffer from police brutality. This is easily proven to be false, even accounting for the numbers killed in each racial group.

I'm truly sorry to hear of more violence occurring. Violence towards anyone, innocent civilian or police officer, is unconscionable and serves only to create more distrust, anger, and hatred amongst American citizens. May they rest in peace...

Yeah I actually just heard about this. Kind of funny that if it were black people being killed then of course it would be "Racism". I fear another civil war and am absolutely TERRORFIED of it but. Are we gearing up for another Civil War? Except this time. Instead of North vs South. Is it going to be black vs white? I pray to the lord that NEVER happens. I just think we are all to different to massively co exist. Its in our nature to destroy ourselves.

Being that you're in such a reflective mode, you might want to consider a white person's perspective, which might be wondering why it is that Obama never has a press conference to address police violence when an unarmed white man is shot dead by the cops under dubious circumstances. You might also ask why it is that Obama didn't make the very clear point that retributive violence against the police will not be tolerated, that he counsels strongly against it, and to advise that BLM and others should allow the judicial system (as flawed as they perceive it) to run its course.

His choice of words along with Beyoncé 's ridiculous half time show promoting the black panthers only perpetuates more racial division and violence. I think Hollywood needs to stop inserting their political views and agendas down our throats. I hope Jesse is happy this morning as his negligent speech aided in the uprise in violence in this country... God bless the Dallas PD.. so far, 5 law enforcement officers dead!

Of course not. He didn't aid in the uprise of anything. And as we all saw, soon after his BET speech, two Black men were killed by police. A commentary on police brutality is not to blame for anything that took place. I hope the violence on both sides comes to an end. Innocent Americans cannot continue to lose their lives because of hate.

No problem with Williams' commentary on police brutality. It is a problem that needs to be addressed. The problem is the hateful racist rhetoric Williams also used which I quote below. These are the words of a terrorist and a call for violence.

"We’ve been floating this country on credit for centuries, yo, and we’re done watching and waiting while this invention called whiteness uses and abuses us, burying black people out of sight and out of mind while extracting our culture, our dollars, our entertainment like oil – black gold, ghettoizing and demeaning our creations then stealing them, gentrifying our genius and then trying us on like costumes before discarding our bodies like rinds of strange fruit. "

It's amusing that a hack actor like Williams uses the expression that white America "gentrifies OUR genius," as if he deserves to be included among the pool of geniuses.
