I actually really don't see how Shane West is similar to those 2 other guys, I could easily tell them apart, but Timothy Olyphant and Josh Duhamel look alike to each other. Shane West looks slightly more like Matthew Perry to me, with their hair looking the same and when they both wear a suit, but honestly Shane West doesn't remind me of anyone else

Don't see the resembelance to Josh Duhamel. But definitely Timothy Olyphant!
