So I'll admit it; the only reason I wanted to see 300 was because of all the guys wearing nothing but capes and leather underwear. And I wasn't disappointed.

I felt like Goldilocks of torso muscles. Gerard Butler was too big; the guy who said "Then we'll fight in the shade," regarding the arrows that will blot out the sun, he was too skinny/wiry; but David Wenham was just right. I could snuggle up next to him...

EDIT: Of course, guys with defined abs usually have to work on them a lot and for a long time. I've never met a guy with nice abs who didn't show them off to everyone and wasn't so full of himself that he was impossible to tolerate. But they're still pleasant to look at.

I didn't really notice Wenham until 300 but when I did, whoa, he was just perfect. Fit, but not in-your-face buff like Butler or too skinny and defined like Michael Fassbender like you say. Just right.

I'm not really a huge fan of big defined abs in reality mostly because of the type of vain men they're commonly associated with - but they sure as hell look nice on screen :)

Don't know about others but I believe his abs are fake like the most of actors who played spartans. Better look at this... Six pack is just hard to train especially for adult men like him because body fat percentage is to high to have great abs. And I know it because I'm skinny and still I don't have any spartan kind six pack.

You DON'T have a six pack and you NEVER will. Deal with it but stop hating on gorgeous men who do!
