Did he play an uncredited Secret Service Agent guarding 1st lady?

I just watched the 1997 movie THE JACKEL staring Bruce Willis and Richard Gere. Is Michael the secret service agent on the far left guarding the first lady in that movie? My wife and I both think the actor looks exactly like Michael.

You are asking if he played or you're saying the actor looks EXACTLY like him?

I meant at what point during the movie it self does he appear? It's 2 1/2 hrs long on you tube, where should I look for him?
