Is he a nice person?

He is a great actor that's all I need to know.

Well he spent most of his life as a relatively unknown journeyman actor, so I would guess that he's more grounded than your average Hollywood star.

Does that mean he's nice or not nice?

At the premiere of "The Hateful Eight", he told some people pestering him for an autograph that they shouldn't be going up to him because he wasn't involved in the movie. I'd say humble towards his acting contemporaries and unafraid to call situations as he sees them.

Define nice

I saw him on an English talkshow once (Graham Norton show) and found him remarkably unpleasant. Never looked at him the same way since.

Every talk-show interview I've seen with him is amazing. I love the dude.. or whatever I can see from his character.

Usually I get frustrated with people like Fallon & Kimmel who ask him the dumbest questions and/or constantly interrupt him..
