Landa without a doubt. A good villain is far more memorable to me. The dude was so charming and yet unbelievably frightening at the same time. Now that's acting!

Performance was as fascinating as disturbing.
Definitely Col. Landa.
While his work in "Django Unchained" showed great versatility that I hope lands him additional great parts, everything he did in "Inglourious Basterds" felt completely unprecedented at the time. Sometimes in the same moment, he can be charismatic and scary as hell, especially in the beginning and his interrogations of the female leads. No matter how many times I saw it theatrically, the theater was dead silent in those moments.
Landa by a country mile. One of my all-time favorite performances. Mesmerising.
Landa. It's beyond me why he even got a nomination for Django unchained.
shareIt's easier to nominate a performer playing a sympathetic abolitionist than a giddy slaver (DiCaprio) or his frighteningly manipulative Uncle Tom (Jackson).
shareHe was fabulous in Inglorious Bastards.
