I noticed it in his face recently... puffiness.

I hardly recognized him in "That's My Boy". I honestly did not expect it to be him until I saw his name on IMDB and I'm just in shock right now. Back on Gilmore Girls, he was so skinny and he's like a juicehead now. Hardly recognized him
