I've gotten to the age I don't really pay attention to these things, but there are at least two sex scenes. They aren't particularly long, nor particularly exciting. Bras (cute bras) are kept on for the duration. The first is between the killer and the red-haired detective. It is part of a flashback when she first searches for her gun. Although she doesn't realize lover-boy stole it until much later.
The first time lover-boy does LV's character is when he comes over to make her dinner -- ie not their first date.
