Every six months those executive orders can be allowed to expire or renewed, they can also be overturned. The Biden regime allowed Trump’s EO to expire and then made a speech about the high cost.

Trump lowered the cost of insulin first; Biden canceled it, then re-did it and took credit.

Obama did little to lower drug prices; he did nothing to raise them as far as I know.
