Every one of these dumb trials are either going to be tossed or delayed for so long that when Trump wins in November, this shit all goes away.. Neither Fani Willis who has her Fanny in a sling and Leticia James are going to have a trial the way this is going and why?? Because they were so quick to rush to get this man in court and off to prison to keep him from beating old ass Joe "Let's Go Brandon" Biden, that they didn't do their homework properly and now, there is a very good chance many of these charges are dropped..

So the classified documents that Trump was not allowed to have in his home are not evidence? Every single American who ever had a security clearance and was allowed to handle classified documents, knows how stupid your claim is.

Trump has not been barred from presenting a defense at a criminal trial. Trump was barred from presenting a defense in the second Carroll trial as it was solely for establishing what damages he had to pay. The question of defamation was already an fact established by the court. Trump likes to whine like a baby, but that is only convincing to people who have no idea what was going on at the second trial.

Once again and as always and predictable, you seem to forget Joe Biden wasn't supposed to have the same said classified documents lying in his garage next to the garbage and his prized corvette.. Now why is that?? I mean, at least Trump had classified documents locked in a secured closet on the 2nd floor under secret service unlike Biden who just carelessly let them lie out in his dirty ass garage??

If documents are not properly secured, then it is like they are just out in the open. Or were you taught something else when trained to handle classified documents?

The Secret service was not guarding Trump's stolen classified documents. Or do you have evidence that they conspired to keep the stolen documents hidden?

As far as I know, the conspirators are limited to Trump and Nauta. Why do you think the Secret Service agents are apart of the conspiracy?

The trial in which AG Leticia James is suing Trump, is a civil trial, not a criminal trial. They cannot put in him prison as a result of this trial. Your claims are so very stupid. Why do you even bother?

The OP didn't specifically mention whether it was civic or criminal or which one in particular was for imprisoning him.

Leticia James' involvement with Trump is currently limited to a civil trial. I'm fairly (sort of anyway) certain that BKB is not stupid enough to think that this civil trial can result in prison time for trump any more than the sexual assault civil trial trump recently lost.

But if you're going to claim BKB is an idiot, you will get no argument from me.

But yeah, I think Trump is going to prison for some of the other four indictments he is facing. I hope the judges are smart enough to confine Trump during the trial so he cannot flee the country.
