Round 1:

After saying a bunch of defaming, insulting, threatening, statements about Jack Smith, his wife, and family DJT sat 6ft away and eye to eye with Jack Smith and it was DJT who cowered. 🤣

Yes, that happened in court at the arraignment but without cameras present.

Tough guy DJT was described as not too happy.🙃

According to what I read, Jack Smith was not the prosecuting attorney at the arraignment. Smith was there, though a spectator in the gallery. Whether their eyes met, I don't remember, but if they did, I'm sure Trump would be scared shitless of Smith, as well as he should be.

DJT can't stand the fact that he is being legitimately scrutinized and might even be held accountable for his actions and his words. DJT has been able to play the delay game, the stall game, the lawyer game, the bait and switch game, the what-about Hillary game, the what about former President Obama game, the catch and release diversion, and to hiding behind non-binding contracts and forced arbitration.

Jack Smith so far is not blinking and is willing to play the long-game of boiling the frog. The heat and pressure Jack Smith is applying to DJT appears to be unrelenting.

DJT's biggest problem is that he has done so much Lying, and Crime-ing that it appears impossible to hold him accountable for everything.

I'm not sure which of the Indictments you read but the very first statements are statements of fact not interpretations of DJT's guilt or innocence. Would you mind providing some context?
