Tump Booed at Rally for Encouraging Vaccine

I'm not a Trump supporter, but he deserves credit for encouraging his supporters to get vaccinated. I know people might chime in that the vaccine controversy is something that he created or exacerbated himself, but it's pretty brave of him to change his public stance at his own rally in an attempt to save lives. He fully endorsed it and when he faced booing he doubled down by stressing that it was working for him. I'd like to think that some of his supporters are getting vaccinated today because of his comments.

You're not using the correct filter. Just install the one that everyone used when Trump's tweets about making voices heard and marching peacefully and patriotically were interpreted to mean break into the Capitol and riot.

As a conservative, I'm frustrated at the amount of knuckleheads on the right that I find are anti-vaxxers. They are acting exactly like the leftist tards who weren't going to take "Trump's Poison" when he initiated Warp Speed. Now that Senile Joe and Heels-Up Harris want people to get vaccinated, it's akin to the events leading to the Holocaust.

Trump is responsible for getting the vaccine created at breakneck speed. If this had happened under any other president there would be no vaccine to this day.

That is not true. Operation Warp speed was first publicized on April 29, 2020. Research into mRNA vaccines has be going on since the 1990's. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Warp_Speed

Actual companies/scientists were responsible for developing the vaccines. Pfizer was not funded by Warp Speed but some others were.

In October 2020, the Trump Administration predicted a hundred million available doses by the end of the year; later reduced to twenty million doses. As of January 6, 2021, the CDC was reporting 17 million doses distributed, but only 5 million actually administered to a person.

If this happened up any other president, I think the 100 million dose goal might have been met.

To be fair, she was under the impression Trump was in the lab working on the vaccine himself. Later on, she learned that private company scientists were actually working on it. It was an honest mistake on her part.
