Nobody is born a belligerent, wildly incompetent narcissist. Just like nobody is born evil, a serial killer or a rapist. His parents, the environment he was brought up in, basically the sum total of his upbringing is the root of his failure as a human being.

Trump has narcissistic personality disorder and most of it is not unique to himself either. A lot of wealthy people who grew up groomed and attended from butlers and drivers to personal assistants view themselves as above reproach. This behavior is also not unique to those who align themselves as conservative as there a lot of people aligned with liberalism who behave just like Trump.
