He doesn't speak well
He doesn't seem to be polite. I think that's what people mean when they say he doesn't sound sound presidential. He sounds more like a bully than a president.
shareTo me he sounds like a kindergarten teacher who's trying to explain things to small children. He repeats things over and over and uses short, preferably one word, sentences. This could mean that he thinks that everyone but him is stupid.
