Gina Torres played Nebula, a female pirate who had a fling with Iolaus whilst kicking boo-tay with him and Herc on a couple of episodes.
I think she played Cleopatra in one of Xena's episodes too and Autolycus was all googley-eyed over her.

Her name was simply THE ENFORCER. She had dark hair and was extremely chisled with large black eyes. Right? Yeah, that was the enforcer.
