Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak is a gorgeous, gothic ghost story with killer performances from Jessica Chastain and Tom Hiddleston: http://bit.ly/1RHE3PR

Yes. It should get some nominations.

I loved the film, too. I think Mia, Tom and Jessica all gave great performances, they all truly embodied the characters, which were gothic archetypes, but also very human. Charlie Hunam didn't have as much of a role, since the film really focused on Edith, Thomas and Lucille - it's more about the dynamics between those three, the past and the future. Jim Beaver was excellent as Edith's father. There were some very touching scenes (the waltz scene was classic) - the film is beautiful and tragic - very memorable.
