Had no idea until now that Justin Theroux was the actor who played Seth in Wanderlust. I thought he was funny. Is Wanderlust where he met Jennifer Aniston?

No they met in 2007, because he write Tropic Thunder and Jennifer is friend with Ben Stiller & Robert Downey Jr. I think it's during a party with them.
