I don't know anything, but I wouldn't be surprised. I'm watching her now on Friends from 1997, and she looks a little chunky. She still looked good, no doubt, wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating crackers, but I kinda couldn't believe it was actually her - sort of a Jennifer Grey moment, if you know what I mean. She was very skinny in Zoolander and Dodgeball, and to see her with an extra 20 pounds - and a nice bouncy chest, to boot - made her almost not look like herself.
So yeah, knowing Hollywood, I would easily believe she had some sort of eating disorder in real life, but I wouldn't base it on anything she said in Zoolander.
I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
