Not from what I’ve seen. Swinton’s a solid actress who plays a frosty androgynous bitch very well but I haven’t seen her do much else. Streep totally transforms and runs the whole gamut of emotions with incredible detail.
This is true. But what's weird is that the very first movie I remember seeing Tilda in is Vanilla Sky where she played a very soft spoken feminine woman. And she's so striking looking that I've never forgotten her since. Every time I see her I'm like Vanilla Sky LOL.
