The article informs that she was sexually assaulted, not raped. The rape testimony at the end is from a different actress.

shareI'm not going to get into specifics because by no means am I an authority on the subject, but assault encompasses a broader range of aggressive actions. All I get from the article is that someone else on the set forced himself on her without her consent. Other details might emerge, but we can't assume anything just yet.

I agree that it isn't a proper good thing to do to someone. I'm just saying that we cannot know for sure. These types of public statements from celebrities are usually made after period of review. One word carries a lot more weight than the other.
shareI understand,it seems all of sudden every stars are crying rape in some kind of way. Some of them should had brought it up a long time ago..Even in the 80's it wasn't acceptable...
shareSexual assault on campus can be making too much eye contact, coming on to a woman, complimenting her appearance. That's really how insane it's got.
