he is going to be mega huge

he is now one of my favorie actors, after seeing him in kick ass and guy ritchies two movies, and mark my words, he is going to be a top list actor very soon. i honestly think he has the versatility to play any character. Just watched about 5 minutes of body of lies the other day, and i think the part he played was some middle eastern guy. It was totally believable and i think he's british lol. seriously he is going to be huge

yeah he's awesome... loved him in sherlock holmes, robin hood, and kick ass!

He has been in some great movies and really is fantastic. Was particularly impressed with him in Robin Hood.

I liked him in robin hood, but i was very impressed by his performance in rock'n'rolla. That line of his at the end, "and of course me, archie, four long *beep* years" always gives me chills :D

reply

Oh my goodness me too. It's such a chilling line after all of his other funny lines.

Yeah this guy to me came out of nowhere. I saw him in Sherlock Holmes and was left impressed with his performance, then I recognized him in Kick-ass and I was very happy when I saw him in Robin Hood. Now he will be playing Sinestro in The Green Lantern movie which will be awesome.

I hope though that his roles don't stick to those of villainy, this guy is interesting to watch, I hope he gets a serious main role soon.

Mark Strong has been on good quality British television programmes for some years. I first saw him with the brilliant Ray Winstone in Births Marriages and Deaths from 1999 - well worth checking out if you like them. Delighted to see him in more and more prominent roles but will be nice if he isn't typecast as the bad guy and had a wider range as he is a great actor.

You must be here to fix the cable

I don't know if this guy has the personality to be a lead in a typical movie. But he is damn intense! I can't wait to see him in future movies.

If you want to see proof that he can carry a movie, look no further than The Long Firm. Technically, it's a serial that BBC aired a few years ago, not a feature film, but he definitely has the gravity and charisma to lead one. I recommend checking it out, it's pretty good!
