at only 39 , she is MUCH younger and more attractive than she is in the roles she gets . I hope that the buzz over "The Help" means she will get to play a better roles.

shareSadly enough, this just does not happen for talented black actresses, the roles they are offered call for a "BLACK" actress. This town is not color blind. Emma Stone's character Skeeter was the vehicle for the "Help" storyline. As you can see the number of roles for both black actors male and female are very, very limited. especially for the women. At the moment you will see a lot of Zoe Zaldana, and Rasheeda Jones as they will fit the bill for black or white. But oscar winner Jennifer Hudson and Kerry Washington, Raja P. NO Still in 2011, they seldom put a Hot white male actor with a black female.
