Probably because her first name is Harley and her middle name is Quinn. Her parents must be Batman fans! lol

I think he meant that Kevin Smith named his daughter Harley Quinn long before there was ever talks about a Suicide Squad movie. In other words, Kevin kinda sorta predicted the future.
