He is one director, writer, actor, producer, who seems to, no matter what, use true authentic original ideas not influenced by Hollywood and whatever money is thrown at him. He, to me, symbolizes the true meaning of what film making was and should be once again as apposed to the constant remake or spin off which seems to be commonplace. No matter what his films are, flop or box office smash, he is one of only a very few director, writer, producer, actors that truly embody the essence of what telling a story through the silvery screen really means.
