I think his sexiest role was as Lucian in the Underworld series.
The level of sexual tension in the first and third movie was just barely below the surface.

definitely Lucian, Michael Sheen is the only guy I know that actually looks good in a scruffy beard and long tangled hair. First time I saw Lucian in Underworld I fell in love and I just wanted to hug him. Then when I saw what he looked like without the hair and makeup I thought THIS IS THE GUY THATS PLAYING BADASS LUCIAN?! lol hard to believe. Michael Sheen is like a really hot nerd.
