Matthias Schoenaerts – Graffiti (ca 1986) / Frans Halsplein / 2.2 km van Culture Club

During his wild years, Matthias Schoenaerts decorated the public space in his town with aerosol cans and permanent markers. Afters some unpleasant encounters with the local police, he decide to try an other approach for his carreer. The traces of his work can still be found on some Antwerp walls. Na enkele aanvaringen met de lokale politie besloot hij zijn carrière over een andere boeg te gooien. De sporen van zijn werk vind je nog altijd terug op verschillende Antwerpse muren.
